We aim to provide a safe, serene, empowering environment for all who enter our doors. Our mission is to be accessible and inclusive to all who seek practice. We aspire to create and sustain a space where students can develop their mind, body and soul wellness.

Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time

  • Bring your own mat

  • Remove shoes before entering studio

  • Bring any valuables into the studio

  • Please turn off cell-phones before class

  • Inform your instructor of any specific needs​​​​ i.e. ailments, injuries, leaving early, on call, family emergencies​​

  • First time, please arrive 15 minutes early

What do I need to bring to a class?

We recommend bringing your own yoga mat and water. We do provide loaner mats if needed.

This is my first time doing yoga, what class should I try first?

We recommend starting with Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Or Basics Yoga. However, All classes are accesible to all levels. We encouage you to rest when needed and we also provide variations of exercizes to suit your needs.

If I cancel class will I still be charged?

No, we will not charge any cancellation fees. If you notice a pass is taken and you were not attending that class, notify the owner @ lotusyogagf@gmail.com and it will be taken care of.

Can I put a hold on my package in special cases?

Yes, we will put a hold on any packages in the following scenarios. 1. Pregnancy 2. Military deployment 3. Medical Reasons i.e surgery, chronic illness

What is the temperature in the hot room?

The hot room will be set at 94'-104' F dependent on the class style and instructor.

What are the benefits of the Infrared heating system?
